Smoked Butt with Fred's Butt Rub

Step 1 Rub Boston Butt with olive oil and or mustard along with a generous amount of Fred's Butt Rub


Step 2 Set smoker to 225 and smoke butt until internal temp reaches 191... When tempature hits remove the butt from smoker


Step 3 Wrap butt in aluminum foil...then wrap a towel around the butt...Next, place the butt in a cooler...depending on the quality of your cooler and dinner time, the butt will stay hot until ready to serve for at least a couple of hours


Step 4 Shred and Enjoy!!!
